Volunteer Background Check & Badges

All Volunteers (Coaches, Team Moms, Dugout Dads, any adult volunteering) will be required to display their City of Acworth Volunteer Badge or Umpires will ask you to leave the field/dugout.

Steps to Complete the Process are as follows: 

1. Complete the Volunteer Background Check Form.

​

2.Then email to Volunteer@acworth.org

Background Checks are valid for 1/1/2024 through 12/31/2024 and a current picture.
