By Law Amendment Concerning Composite Bats in Colt/Shetland
November 16, 2008
A By Law Amendment was presented at our October General Board Meeting concerning the use of composite bats in our Colt and Shetland Divisions. This will be voted on at our November 16th General Board Meeting and you must be present to vote. Please see this amendment posted under HANDOUTS.
Knights Win Shetland Championship!!!
The Shetland Knights win the championship game over the River Cats 15-12. The Knights went undefeated in the tournament round and finished the overall season with a 14-2 record. Special congratulations to the River Cats for fighting hard all year and a strong second place finish. Thanks to all the Shetland teams, coaches, players, parents and ABA for making this an enjoyable season to remember!!!!!

Bees Win Pinto Championship
Congratulations to the Pinto Bees for their Championship victory on Saturday. The Bees were undefeated during the regular season and finished the tournament without dropping a game. Great season Bees with a 16-0-1 record. Congratulations also goes out to the tough as nails Lookouts on their 2nd place finish. They played great and showed why they deserved to be playing in the final game.
Knights beat Bats in 8 inning battle to win Mustang title!
In a classic baseball game, the Mustang Knights completed a perfect season by beating the Mustang Bats 12 - 8 in 8 innings for the Mustang Division Championship on Saturday, November 1.
Coach Chad Reaid's Knights had to overcome a 6 - 3 deficit to gain the championship. The Bats, led by Coach Art Henderson, played a great game but came up a little short. A tip of the ABA cap to both teams and congratulations to the Mustang Knights!
Thanks to all the Mustang players, coaches, and families for a great Fall season...we hope to see you for Spring 2009 baseball!
Bats grab 2nd in Fall 2008 Mustang Tournament!
The photo above shows the Mustang Bats, led by Coach Art Henderson. They fought a hard battle in the championship game. They grabbed 2nd place (out of 18 teams in the Mustang Division).
Bats finish perfect season to win Bronco championship
The Bronco Bats finished a perfect 16-0 season with a tough win over the Bulls. Congratulations to both teams for a great season.
Bats Win Senior Championship
The Senior Bats finished a perfect 16-0 season with a hard-fought win in the championship game over the Defenders, winning 6-5. Congratulations to the Defenders for taking second place.
RESERVED PARKING
Please do not park in the RESERVED parking spaces. Our concession workers use these spaces so they don’t have to haul concession products across the parking lot with a hand truck. We appreciate your patronage at the concession stand but please don't make our jobs harder. Please, do not park in the RESERVED parking spaces.
FIELD CLOSURE RESTRICTION
When the fields are closed this includes the outfields. DO NOT PLAN ON PRACTICING ON ANY PART OF THE FIELD WHEN CLOSED. Batting cages are open at all times on a first come/first serve basis. Thanks for your cooperation!
